Meyer Clinic, founded by Clinical Director Dr Annelize Meyer, is built on a deep commitment to supporting women through every stage of menopause with expertise, compassion, and truly personalised care. Internationally trained, Dr Meyer began her medical career in South Africa before specialising in women’s health, functional medicine, and aesthetics. Her extensive clinical background inspired her to establish a discreet, calming clinic in Fishbourne—designed as a sanctuary where women can access comprehensive and bespoke menopause support. As the winner of the 2025 Menopause in Aesthetics Award, Dr Meyer uses advanced hormonal testing to capture a complete picture of each patient’s hormonal landscape and to create tailored hormone therapies when appropriate.
Menopause is an individual journey and at Meyer Clinic we take a holistic, science-led approach to guiding women through these changes. Our specialist team offers in-depth consultations, advanced diagnostics, and personalised treatment plans that integrate hormonal care, nutritional guidance, lifestyle support, and long-term health considerations. As hormones naturally decline with age, they can significantly affect daily function and wellbeing, and restoring balance can be essential for optimal health.
While HRT can be transformative, we recognise that it is not suitable for everyone. We therefore provide both hormonal and non-hormonal pathways, taking time to explore medical history, goals and preferences through open and collaborative discussion. Detailed blood testing, oestrogen and testosterone profiling and functional hormone analysis allow us to tailor care with precision.
At Meyer Clinic, we specialise in Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Treatment (BHRT), ensuring the right hormones are prescribed at the right dosage for each individual. These plant-derived hormones are chemically identical to those found in the human body and are formulated to meet each patient’s specific needs. We aim to relieve menopause symptoms and believe BHRT plays a key role in anti-ageing and the prevention of chronic conditions such as cardiovascular disease, stroke, and osteoporosis.
With 12 treatment rooms and a multidisciplinary team, our CQC-registered clinic provides integrated menopause care under one roof—dedicated to preventative medicine, longevity, and helping women regain balance, confidence and lasting vitality.

Many clients begin to notice improvements in weeks (often within 4–8 weeks). More complex symptoms like bone density or mood stabilisation may take longer, and we review progress periodically to adjust treatment.
