PAUSE Live

If you've been asking yourself what's actually going on with your body, you're not alone, and you're in the right place. PAUSE Live brings the UK's leading menopause and women's health experts together for one day of honest conversation, practical advice, and real support, so you can finally make sense of what you're feeling.

PAUSE Live

PAUSE Live is the UK's largest menopause and women's health event, returning to Convene Sancroft in St Paul's, London on Saturday 10 October 2026 for its fourth year. It's built for anyone who's noticed something shifting, whether that's sleep, mood, energy, or confidence, and wants clear answers rather than more guesswork.

The day brings together medical experts, advocates, and women with lived experience across a Live Stage and an Education Stage covering perimenopause, sleep, weight, libido, and metabolic health. Alongside the talks, there's an exhibition of over fifty hormone-informed brands, free small-group workshops on topics from PMDD to endometriosis, and an Experience Hub for anyone who wants to step away from the talks and try something more hands-on, from breathwork to sound baths.

What makes PAUSE Live different is the tone. Nothing here is about quick fixes or being sold to. It's a room full of women comparing notes, asking the questions they haven't felt able to ask elsewhere, and leaving with something practical to act on.
