A former Royal Navy weapons engineer and submariner, he transitioned into business consultancy after earning a degree in International Disaster Engineering and Management. He further expanded his expertise with a Master’s in NLP and a Neuroscience Professional Development Programme.
Since founding Horizons Consultants Ltd in 2011, Alan has helped numerous businesses thrive. In 2015, he launched The Clinic Coach to provide tailored support to clinics, ensuring their success. He is also an accomplished author, with books focused on sustainable business growth, including The Beautiful Business: Secrets to Sculpting Your Ultimate Clinic.
Alan delivers workshops, seminars, and strategic business development plans, sharing practical advice on profitability, goal-setting, and resilience.
