My anxiety has got much worse over the past year, and some days I feel panicky for no clear reason. Could this be hormonal?

Anxiety can be linked to hormone changes during perimenopause, and it is often made worse by poor sleep and stress. Talking therapies and lifestyle changes work well for many women, and some find hormone therapy helps. Please speak to your GP if anxiety is affecting your daily life.
