I’m Sarah Hartfree, founder and practitioner of SH Medical and creator of SH Skin—with over 22 years of NHS experience and 27 years as a registered Paediatric Nurse. As an Independent Nurse Prescriber, my work is grounded in safety, medical integrity, and truly personalised care.

My philosophy is that aesthetics should never be one-size-fits-all. I believe in enhancing natural features, restoring skin health, and supporting long-term confidence—not chasing trends. Every patient journey begins with education, trust, and a bespoke treatment plan designed around your individual needs, goals, and wellbeing.

SH Skin was born from this same belief. I developed the range to give my patients affordable, effective skincare they could rely on between treatments—without compromising on quality. What started as a way to support in-clinic results has grown into a trusted skincare brand now stocked in clinics across Hampshire. Each product is formulated with highly concentrated active ingredients to target specific skin concerns, enhance radiance, and improve overall skin health.

What I want potential clients to know is that SH Medical is about more than treatments—it’s about partnership. I’m Level 7 qualified in aesthetics and dermatology, trained at Harley Academy London, and committed to ongoing advanced education. I’m also a proud member of BAMAN and the ACE Group, ensuring the highest standards of ethical and safe practice.
